Registration Process

You can register new IBFA Registrations by clicking here.

Absences

If your child is going to be absent, they must directly let the coaching team know, parents are also encouraged to contact the coaching team and inform them of children that aren't able to attend. The earlier the better.

Additional Needs & Medical Requirements

Please make sure that all information is filled out on the booking form for any additional needs. It is essential that medication such as inhalers or EpiPens are clearly explained to IBFA staff prior to your child attending.

Sickness Policy

IBF Academy is all about expressing talent and consistently improving whilst having fun. If your child is ill, please keep them home. Equally, as if your child was too ill for school, they may also be too ill for an IBF Academy session. In current times any child with a cough, or colds or fever no matter how mild can attend our sessions.

Food Allergy Information

We sometimes may offer snacks of fruit, juice or water at our sessions/matchdays. For your child’s safety, it is parents and carers responsibility to keep us informed, at the time of registration, of any food allergies or any other allergies that may affect them at IBF Academy.

Clothing

Eventually, IBF Academy tracksuits will be a necessity for all our players when attending our sessions, but in the meantime wearing a sporty outfit is acceptable. Football boots (moulds) are recommended during our midweek sessions, and Moulds/Studs for our weekend matches.

In-Sessions Behaviour

Football is all about creativity, energy and having fun. Our set up allows our players to get the best from each other in a safe manner. If we find that a child is continuously disruptive or unable to engage accordingly, we may have to consider if IBF Academy is the right placement for them.

We work to a three-tiered policy and acknowledge that children sometimes forget what is appropriate behaviour during our sessions. We remind them and give them the opportunity to put things right.

If disruptive behaviour continues, we will talk to parents/responsible adults to support us with their behaviour at IBF Academy and if this does not improve, we will permanently remove them from the Academy.
